Lime Production Plants
Technological process of lime production consists of the extraction of limestone in quarries, its preparation (crushing and classification) and calcination. During the kiln operations, the limestone reaches temperatures as high as 900˚C, and Carbon dioxide is driven off limestone to leave so-called quicklime.
Hydrated lime is made by adding water to crushed or ground quicklime and thoroughly mixing the quicklime and the water.
Parget Makina Lime Production Technologies use the world known Maerz lime kilns and designed to ensure that the products meet market requirements and comply with customer specifications.
