This machine consists of a shotblast cabin, elevator, seperator, filter, turbines, cyclone and control panel. In the cabin turbine target sides are manganesed steel and the other parts are covered with special rubber. The mechanical turbines which are placed on the cabin are made for cleaning the materials by salvo bombing. Cleaning operation is made by steel marble bombardment. At the same time the sand and dust deduct from the steel marble are pour into the helix with the effect of salvo bombing.

The marble and the sand coming from the helix pour into the elevator and then the seperator. The marbles are cleaned in the seperators and again transferred to the turbines. The big pieces coming from the seperator are hold in cyclone and the dust coming from the cyclone is hold in dry jet pulse filter. The clean air goes out with a fan. In an automatic Hanged Shotblasting Machine; there are two types of hanging systems. While one hanging system makes the cleaning inside of the machine, the second one makes the other materials ready for the operation.
